Open to US residents only. All entrants and winners must be 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise stated and/or posted.
No trade marked or copy written material may be used. We are DMCA compliant. If a violation is reported, we will act according U.S to law.

1. Entering Contests and Choosing and Contacting Winners
Entrants must Like Little Black Bag’s Facebook fan page at http://www.facebook.com/littleblackbag
Little Black Bag is not responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries, or emails sent but not received by Little Black Bag for any reason, as potential contest winners.
Top 3 submissions as recognized by Little Black Bag panel of stylists will be put to a vote on 4/29/13 at 2 pm PST via the Little Black Bag Facebook Fanpage. Submission with the highest number of votes by 5/1 at 11:59 PM PST will be deemed the winner and announced on 5/2/13.
Winner of contest will be contacted at the "sender" email used to register for LittleBlackBag.com. The person receiving and replying to the winner announcement email will be considered the winner unless they specify another person within the reply email as the winner. Little Black Bag will email the contest prize to the email address supplied by the recipient of the winner announcement email.
Only one entry per email address used to register for the site will be considered for contest entry. No person may enter any contest more than once using multiple email addresses or multiple names.
Claiming of prizes requires redemption of unique gift code within 10 days of being notified of winning at the email used to enter. Failure to redeem the code on LittleBlackBag.com within 10 days shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. Little Black Bag is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s).
2. Submission of photo, text or other content for Contests
You acknowledge and agree that Little Black Bag shall have no obligation to post, display or otherwise make publicly available any photo or information submitted by you, and may, in its sole and unfettered discretion, remove, edit, modify or delete any photo or information that you submit to Little Black Bag;
Photos or information submitted by you to the Site shall be the property of Little Black Bag, and Little Black Bag shall have no obligation to preserve, return or otherwise make available to you or others any photos or information so submitted.
By entering the contest the user is providing consent for Little Black Bag to use their submission and likeness for promotional purposes.
No images of minors may be used in submissions and will be deleted and disqualified from review.
3. Awarding Prizes
Prize is valued at UP TO a $500 retail value (USD).
Each prize winner must supply Little Black Bag with his/her legal name, email address and shipping address to claim prize.
Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings.
Neither Little Black Bag, Little Black Bag sponsors, nor employees of Little Black Bag or sponsors may be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of usage of any winners of a prize once possession has been taken of the product by winner. Little Black Bag is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with or resulting from any contest promoted by Little Black Bag.
If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Little Black Bag may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
For contest winner name, mail a letter specifying the contest you are inquiring about and include a self-addressed and prepaid envelope to Little Black Bag, Attn: Winner List, 10951 West Pico Blvd, Suite 120, Los Angeles CA 90064.
Management, employees and families of Little Black Bag are prohibited from winning any prizes awarded by Little Black Bag.
